Signing up for Capistrano Unified School District's Community Messages for Schools
School News: CUSD schools are transitioning away from traditional listserv emails because it was not a reliable method and many messages were being delayed up to 3-4 weeks by the product or email providers. We will be sending messages through School Messenger. Community members who wish to stay up to date with school messages should follow the steps below. Parents of students in the school should not sign up for this service as doing so will result in double messaging. As an additional service, community members and parents may also download the CUSD app on iTunes and Google Play to receive community messages via notifications.

Follow these steps when signing up to ensure you receive the School Messenger communications you want from schools:

The signup process requires a valid email account. The system will send an activation code to your email, upon signup, for email verification. Once these are completed, you will be able to login and move on to step 2.
Select the Message Type (it's the second one in the list):
Other message types can be ignored. Only the General and Community messages will be sent to community members. Once that is checked, please scroll down and continue to step 3.
Select the school or schools that you want to receive messages from:
