Online Paystubs & W-2's

Paycheck Distribution – Mail Out (temp/sub/multiple site)

Employees who receive printed paychecks (non-direct deposit) on a mail out option will have their paychecks mailed (via U.S. mail) directly to their home address. Paychecks will normally be placed in the U.S. mail one day before payday EXCEPT for paydays that fall on Monday. If a payday falls on Monday, paychecks will be placed in the U.S. mail the morning of payday.

Please note that paychecks on a mail out option will no longer have the choice to pick up checks at the District office the day of payday.  ALL mail out checks will be placed in the mail starting June 30, 2015.  Employees are encouraged to receive their pay through the direct deposit program described below.

Employee Information System (EIS)

The Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) is pleased to announce the release of the Employee Information System (EIS). EIS provides all school district employees with access to their pay stubs and W-2 information through the internet. The new EIS has several enhancements, including self-service features that allow employees to register themselves and reset their own passwords. The new security features provide employees with an interface which is similar to the web-based financial institution applications they use. Employees are now able to register an email address of their choice as their "user name". Join over 11,000 school district employees who have already registered to use the new EIS system by visiting A link to the EIS Quick Start Guide is available below.

To access your pay stubs online, you will need your 10 digit employee ID number. Your employee ID is 10 digits, beginning with 68000….. in front of your 5 digit employee ID which you can also find on, your timesheets and/or attendance sheets. If you need help locating your employee ID please contact your Office Manager or Supervisor.
