How Do I Obtain A Copy of My Transcripts?
For students that attended/graduated in 1997 to the current school year, see instructions on how to order your transcripts online.
(Transcript fees for current graduates are $10.00 per copy and alumni are $15.00 per copy)
For students that attended/graduated in 1997 or previous to that year, please send the information listed below to:

Please include:
- Your name at the time of graduation
- Date of Birth
- Year graduated
- High School graduated from
- Name and address of where to send the transcript
- Check or money order made out to CUSD – ($15.00 fee per copy)
Requests for High School Transcripts need to be made by the student. Once you become 18 years of age, you must authorize the release of your High School Transcript. Please be sure to sign your request.
If you have lost or misplaced your High School Diploma, we do not issue duplicate copies. The official legal document to show proof of graduation is the High School Transcript.
